Workshop Booking Terms and Conditions
Confirmation and Payment
- Your booking is confirmed once full payment is received
- For group bookings, a 50% deposit is required to secure your place
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST
Cancellations and Refunds
- Full refund available for cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop
- 50% refund for cancellations between 7-14 days before the workshop
- No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before the workshop
- All cancellations must be made in writing to workshops@getrail.org
Transfers and Substitutions
- You may transfer your booking to another date up to 14 days before the workshop at no charge
- Participant substitutions can be made at any time at no additional cost
- All transfer and substitution requests must be made in writing to workshops@getrail.org
Workshop Changes
- RAIL reserves the right to change workshop dates or venues if necessary
- In the event of a change, you will be offered the choice of a transfer or full refund
- We will provide at least 7 days notice of any changes where possible
- If RAIL cancels a workshop, you will receive a full refund
Attendance
- Workshop starts promptly at 9:00 AM
- Please arrive 15 minutes early for registration
- Full attendance is required for RAIL certification
- Workshop materials are for participant use only and may not be shared
Group Bookings
- Group rates apply only when all participants book and pay together
- Any changes to group numbers may affect the price per person
- Group bookings of 10+ require a minimum 14 days’ notice
Privacy and Data
- Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Workshop photos may be taken for marketing purposes – please notify us if you do not wish to be included
Special Requirements
- Please notify us of any dietary or accessibility requirements at least 7 days before the workshop
- We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate all requirements notified in advance
